[Striving for Excellence And Reaching New Heights] Fangyuan Precision Technology Team Building Activity

On July 13th, all technical personnel and newly hired employees of Fangyuan Precision gathered together for a team building activity themed "Striving for Excellence and Reaching New Heights."

At 6:30 AM, bathed in the morning sun, the entire team embarked on a journey to Hengshan Scenic Area. Hengshan, located atop Ma'anshan Mountain, was one of the bases of the New Fourth Army during the Anti-Japanese War. Li Bai once visited this area and left behind the famous lines: "The stream flows through Shimen, peach blossoms abound; I too have visited the homes of Qin." Upon arriving at Hengshan Scenic Area, everyone lined up neatly and began their trek towards the Hengshan Anti-Japanese Heroes Monument.

    In front of the monument, everyone sang the national anthem in unison, observed a moment of silence to commemorate the people's heroes, offered flowers, and bowed in respect. The martyrs exemplified the power of faith with their lives. By commemorating the heroes, we are ensuring that the red gene is integrated into our blood, and that the revolutionary flame is passed down from generation to generation. Paying tribute to our martyrs with practical actions and resolute deeds, comforting their souls with hard work and perseverance, inheriting their legacy, and forging ahead is our most sublime way of commemorating them.

After the memorial ceremony, everyone set off again, ascending the winding Hengshan Trail. After a short rest at Shimen, we began our climb towards Taiyanggong (Sun Palace), at an altitude of 495.6 meters. From Shimen, where a babbling brook flows, to Taohuayuan (Peach Blossom Spring) filled with the fragrance of peach trees, facing the 2600 bluestone steps, everyone displayed fearlessness and a spirit of self-challenge, encouraging each other and moving forward hand in hand. After an hour and a half of arduous trekking, we finally reached our destination—Taiyanggong. Although the climb was challenging, only by persevering and striving forward could we appreciate the vast and magnificent scenery at the summit.

After reaching the summit, everyone had free time to explore the beautiful scenic area and Xiangyang Reservoir, before heading to Hengxian Mountain Villa for lunch. After the meal, a variety of fun activities were enjoyed, including chess, board games, singing, and crayfish fishing. Everyone chatted about interesting anecdotes in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, spending a delightful leisure time together.

This team-building activity not only enhanced patriotism and effectively improved teamwork skills, but also made each member deeply aware of the importance of perseverance, trust, and cooperation—essential qualities for future work. In this excellent group, everyone has their unique expertise and value; therefore, we should respect and appreciate each other to fully unleash the brilliance of collective wisdom. No matter how towering the peaks may be, our steps will always be firm and unwavering as we stride towards even higher goals!
