Uniting the Sales Team for the Final Sprint

As we celebrate the National Day and embark on a new journey of progress, Fangyuan Precision’s sales team went to Shijiu Lake on October 7 for an autumn hiking team-building activity. The event was aimed at building team synergy, boosting morale for tackling key challenges, and going all out to meet year-end business targets, thereby kicking off the fourth-quarter final sprint with high spirits.

At 6 a.m., the sales team assembled and drove 60 kilometers to Shijiu Lake, known as the “Mirror of the Sky.” The route had been surveyed in advance, and a 10-kilometer round-trip lakeside hike was planned. At 8 a.m., all team members gathered, and Sales Director Pan Chenggang delivered a mobilization speech. He noted that the annual sales work had entered the critical final sprint stage. He encouraged everyone to use this team-building opportunity to review prior business performance, analyze market trends, clarify the direction for the final push, adjust their mindset, and build momentum to win the year-end sales battle.

During the hike, the team was accompanied by shimmering lake views. Members walked together and encouraged one another. While enjoying the autumn scenery and easing work pressure, they exchanged views on market trends, discussed customer acquisition approaches, and shared customer service experience. After more than two hours of trekking, all members completed the route, with no one falling behind, demonstrating the sales team’s resilient, hard-working, united, and enterprising spirit.

The journey ahead may be tough, yet perseverance brings us to our goal. This team-building activity was not only a relaxing trip close to nature but also a journey to strengthen cohesion and build momentum. Team members said they would translate the perseverance and collaboration demonstrated during the hike into motivation for market expansion, sprint through the fourth quarter with full fighting spirit, strive to achieve the annual targets, and push the company’s sales work to a new level.
