2026 “Golden Autumn Educational Assistance” Activity

School-opening season has arrived, and loving educational assistance warms hearts. To genuinely care for employees’ families and help employees’ children pursue their studies and dreams, on the morning of August 25, the Company Trade Union held the 2026 “Golden Autumn Educational Assistance” symposium. Employees’ children admitted to universities in the 2026 college entrance examination and relevant trade union leaders attended the meeting, which was chaired by Li Housheng, member of the Party Committee.

The symposium had a warm atmosphere. The students who had successfully passed the college entrance examination introduced themselves one by one, sharing the universities they had been admitted to, academic aspirations, and university plans.

Employee parents spoke about their reflections on their children’s preparation and growth, expressed gratitude for the trade union’s care, and personally felt the warmth of the company family.

After the symposium, Yu Meizu led the students to visit the company exhibition hall and the heavy equipment production workshop. The students learned about the company’s development, corporate culture and production processes up close, and intuitively felt the fruits of their parents’ hard work in their positions.

They came to understand the corporate spirit of diligence and striving, which strengthened their sense of identity with and pride in the company.
