Fangyuan Precision Business English Training Course is now open!

To better respond to the company's "going global" strategy for overseas business and effectively enhance the English communication and professional expression skills of the company's sales and technical teams with international clients, injecting strong momentum into the company's expansion into overseas markets and enhancing international competitiveness, the company's Human Resources Department meticulously planned and launched the "Business and Technical English" training series (eight sessions in total).

This training focuses on the company's leadership, sales, and technical backbone, and invited Qin Wei, the company's experienced overseas sales manager, to serve as the instructor. The course's core objective is to "strengthen oral and technical communication skills in specific business scenarios." Through targeted teaching, it aims to help build a highly capable international talent team, enabling employees to confidently handle various work situations such as business travel, business meetings, and trade show exchanges, and to build a solid language foundation to meet the needs of future international business work.

The first training session was held in a lively and engaging atmosphere, with extremely high participation. The course revolved around "basic English communication," focusing on teaching practical content such as simple daily English conversations, English introductions of the company overview, and English descriptions of job responsibilities. During the training, participants actively engaged in interactive activities such as simulation exercises and scenario dialogues. Through repeated immersive exchanges, they continuously overcame expression barriers and gradually built confidence in communicating in English, laying a solid foundation for subsequent courses.

On the afternoon of August 29th, the second session of the "Business and Technical English" course commenced as scheduled. At the beginning of the course, Ms. Qin led everyone in a systematic review of the core knowledge points from the first session, helping everyone consolidate their memory and connect with new knowledge. This session was divided into two parts:

The first part focused on practical English for business travel. Employing a combination of listening comprehension and question-and-answer sessions, it focused on practical English expressions for public transportation and car rental in business scenarios. It emphasized the usage of high-frequency vocabulary and phrases such as *compact*, *made a reservation*, *need an insurance*, and *run out of*, ensuring participants could fluently handle actual travel communication needs.

The second part focused on the application of technical English in various scenarios. Using the company's core product, the "slewing bearing," as a teaching example, it explained in detail the common types, main functions, and application areas of this product in English. Through examples of sentence structures such as "It is used for...", it helped students master the logic and techniques for introducing technical products in English.

Throughout the training, Ms. Qin employed a teaching model combining scenario simulation and real-time interaction, encouraging participants to speak up and express themselves boldly. This effectively helped them overcome their fear of speaking, further strengthening their communication confidence and truly achieving a combination of learning and practice, ensuring that the course content effectively serves their subsequent international business work.
